Sickies Garage has become one of our favorite places to eat in Las Vegas. After three visits between our family and Holly’s friends, the combination of good food, generous portions, friendly service, and a fun garage-bar atmosphere keeps bringing us back.

If you’re looking for a casual restaurant at Town Square Las Vegas, here’s our Sickies Garage review: what the place is like, what we ordered, and what to know before you go.

What Is Sickies Garage? The Story Behind the Restaurant

According to Sickies’ own story, the idea grew out of friends gathering around cars, motorcycles, garage projects, and a grill in the early 2000s. Their burger experiments eventually became a restaurant, with the first Sickies opening in Fargo, North Dakota, in 2012.

That explains the name and the personality. This is a garage-themed burger restaurant and sports bar, with automotive memorabilia and a menu built around inventive combinations. It’s a fitting setting for a burger with a doughnut bun.

Sickies Garage Las Vegas: Location and Visitor Basics

The Las Vegas restaurant is in Town Square at 6629 Las Vegas Boulevard South, Building J, Suite B120, Las Vegas, NV 89119. It’s south of the main Strip resort area, so we’d plan it as a Town Square stop rather than assume it’s a short walk from your hotel.

The official Las Vegas location page currently lists Monday–Thursday hours of 11 a.m.–10 p.m., Friday 11 a.m.–midnight, Saturday 10 a.m.–midnight, and Sunday 10 a.m.–10 p.m. Walk-ins are welcome; larger groups should call ahead at (725) 735-5400. Check the location page for changes and holiday hours.

The Sickies Garage Menu: More Than Burgers

The Las Vegas location promotes more than 50 burgers and 50 rotating beer taps. The current menu also covers wings, appetizers, mac and cheese bowls, sandwiches, salads, baskets, and children’s meals. That variety helped make it a good choice for our group.

For burgers, there are familiar choices alongside more adventurous combinations. The Twin Cam uses grilled cheese sandwiches in place of a standard bun, and the Glazed Doughnut Burger takes the sweet-and-savory route. We haven’t tried everything on the menu, so the dishes below are the ones our family can actually speak to.

There are regular shakes and malts as well as adult milkshakes containing alcohol. Beer selections rotate, so check the Las Vegas page for the local menu and what’s available rather than counting on a particular seasonal drink.

What We Ordered: Burgers, Reubens, and Mac & Cheese

Our first visit was in January 2024 with my mom and my two daughters, Holly and Megan. We had gone to Town Square to try a churro stand Holly saw on Instagram. Those churros disappointed us, but Holly had also found Sickies while looking up restaurants, and that meal made the outing worthwhile.

My mom was hesitant about a sports bar at first, but she enjoyed it once we settled in. Mom and I both had Reubens, Megan ordered Buffalo Chicken Mac & Cheese, and Holly chose a cheeseburger with a glazed doughnut bun.

Holly said having a doughnut as the bun was unusual, but delicious. We all really liked our food, and the portion sizes were good. The girls tried boozy milkshakes too: Fruity Pebbles for Holly and French toast for Megan.

Sharing Appetizers on Our Return Visit

In November 2025, we returned on our way home from Lake Tahoe so James could try Sickies for the first time. We intended to stop for a snack. Our order apparently had other plans.

We had BBQ Pork Mac & Cheese, buffalo chicken wings with French fries, and the Spare Parts appetizer. Spare Parts was a mix of fried cheese curds, fried jalapeños, fried pickles, and onion tanglers with spicy ranch dip. It was an easy way to try several things together.

James ordered tater tots topped with gravy and shredded pork, and tried two seasonal ciders. Both ciders were really good. We ordered too much, enjoyed the food, and had a good time. He liked the place enough to buy a shirt.

Holly’s Friends Tried the Burgers and Monte Cristo

Holly returned with Jenny and Atlas during her February 2026 Circus Circus trip. I wasn’t on that visit, but all three enjoyed their meals. Atlas had the Philly burger with waffle fries, Jenny ordered the Fat Boy, and Holly chose the Monte Cristo with sweet potato fries and marshmallow dip.

Her Monte Cristo combined ham, turkey, Swiss and American cheese, and mayo in a fried sandwich dusted with powdered sugar, with raspberry preserves for dipping. They also tried a Crazy Cookie shake for Jenny and Atlas and a caramel apple shake for Holly.

Atmosphere, Service, and Watching Sports

The garage theme is a big part of the appeal. Sickies’ Las Vegas page describes vintage signs, engine parts, and garage memorabilia. Our impression was a cool interior and a fun, friendly atmosphere where we could relax over food and a game.

There are plenty of TVs. We’ve been able to see one from nearly anywhere we’ve sat, and staff have been happy to change the channel so we could watch a game. It suits a sports-watching meal; it wouldn’t be our first suggestion for someone seeking a quiet dinner.

The staff have been friendly and helpful when we were new or had questions. Holly’s February visit was on a packed Saturday night: the quoted table wait was around 40 minutes, but they were seated in about 20. Once seated, their food arrived in a normal amount of time. That’s one visit’s experience, rather than a promise about every Saturday.

Parking, Prices, and Tips Before You Go

Parking has been easier on quieter nights and a little more difficult when Town Square is busy. The restaurant’s website lists free lot parking. We’ve also seen metered street spaces where payment was handled through an app, so check the signs for the space you choose.

We’ve used both the front and back entrances, with staff available to seat guests at either end. It’s useful to know there are two ways in when you’re arriving from different parts of the shopping area.

We found the prices reasonable for a restaurant meal, and the portions made it easy to over-order. We’re leaving exact prices out; use the local menu for current prices and available options.

Our tip: Arrive hungry, or consider sharing a few dishes. Our quick snack became a much bigger meal than planned.

Is Sickies Garage Worth Visiting? Our Five Tin Hearts Verdict

❤️ ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ — 5 out of 5 Tin Hearts

For our family, yes. Sickies Garage delivers the things we want from a casual Vegas meal: food we enjoy, good portions, helpful service, and a lively place to spend time together. We haven’t had a downside to report from these visits.

We’d recommend it for a Town Square shopping break, a meal with friends, or watching sports over burgers and shared appetizers. We try to stop whenever we’re in Las Vegas.

Visit notes: January 2024, November 2025, and February 2026. Our meals were paid for normally; none were arranged as reviews. Restaurant information checked against the official website on October 22, 2026. Menus, hours, and offers can change.
